Ordering Info

  • Pricing:

    Roeda, Inc. strives to maintain competitive prices as much as possible. However, any published price list may be subject to change without notice due to changes in material costs.

  • Production Times:

    Production times are approximate and are listed for most items. Specific ship dates must be confirmed with our customer service department. If a proof is needed, production time will begin after the proof has been approved. Additional or extended processes will increase standard production times.

  • Rush Service:

    For an additional charge, we will produce an order in less than normal production time. Charges and availability vary depending on the current workload and complexity of the job. Contact customer service or your account representative if you need this service.

  • Payment terms:

    All first-time orders require a credit card to proceed.  We will process the card for the full amount of the order. Net 15 days on all open accounts with established approved credit. A finance charge of 1.5% per 30 days will apply to all past-due accounts.

  • Credit Status:

    First-time orders cannot qualify for a Net 15-day credit status but must be paid via credit card.  Please request a Credit Application to apply for terms of a net of 15 days.  Allow 10 business days for all information provided to be cleared before your terms become active.

  • Sales Tax:

    Illinois customers will be charged the prevailing sales tax rate unless a tax-exempt certificate is supplied.

  • Shipping:

    All orders are normally shipped via UPS Ground freight unless otherwise specified by the customer. Motor freight is used when products need to be placed on a skid.  There is a skidding charge of $65.00 for the necessary packing and banding per skid. Prices are FOB at our plant in Lynwood, Illinois.  We are not responsible for orders lost in transit.

  • 3rd Party Freight:

    Handling charges will be added to all orders requesting ‘third-party’ freight.

  • Damage claims and shortages:

    Please open your package immediately when received and report any missing or damaged products to Roeda Inc. within 48 hours. Claims for damage to a product or shortage of product due to the common carrier must be reported immediately to that carrier to resolve promptly. Please hold all packages and products together when making a claim for the carrier to review.

  • Returns:

    No return of stock products may be returned without proper authorization from Roeda, Inc. Decals must be shipped within 15 days of receipt of shipment. No custom orders can be returned after the customer has approved them. Please get in touch with us immediately with questions or return requests.

  • Cancellation Charge:

    There is no cancellation charge if the order is canceled before the artwork is started.  There will be a $48.00 minimum charge if the order is canceled after the art has been started but before production.  An order cannot be canceled if production has started.

  • Art Charges:

    There are no art charges for orders with approved digital art. Contact your customer service representative for complete details.

  • Design Approval:

    All signs and vehicle graphics must be approved with a signature by the customer. Roeda will not proceed to production without a signed approval.

  • Color Matching:

    If a Pantone number is specified or a color sample matched, please add $40.00. We cannot guarantee a perfect match.  Roeda does not match vehicle paint numbers, only the Pantone matching system or supplied colored pieces we match to the closest Pantone number.

  • Product Use:

    Roeda, Inc. claims the safety, warning, and informational graphics on any of its products may not represent the exact specifications required by federal or state law. Purchase and use of products that require regulation are used solely at the customer’s discretion. We reserve the right to use all products in advertising, on displays, and as samples unless otherwise clearly specified in writing when an order is placed.
