The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support sign and graphics projects throughout the production process.This role works closely with the Project Manager, Production Manager, Installation Manager, Sales Team, Quality Assurance, and clients to help track timelines, approvals, materials, permits, and project updates.
The Project Coordinator helps keep projects organized, documented, and moving forward.
What You’ll Do
Project Tracking & Coordination
Support projects from post-sale handoff through production, delivery, and installation.
Track job milestones, approvals, materials, timelines, and installation dates.
Update project information in Roeda’s project management software, including Monday.com.
Help identify delays, missing information, or scheduling concerns early.
Cross-Department Communication
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Installation, and Quality Assurance to support job flow.
Help confirm project details, customer expectations, and internal timelines.
Assist with scheduling updates and communication between departments.
Escalate concerns to the Project Manager or Director of Operations when needed.
Permitting & Documentation Support
Assist with sign permit research, applications, and municipality follow-up.
Help organize drawings, approvals, engineering documents, work orders, and job records.
Track permit status, inspection needs, and job closeout documentation.
Client & Internal Updates
Provide professional updates to clients, sales reps, or internal team members as directed.
Help coordinate artwork approvals, production approvals, and installation scheduling.
Maintain clear communication when project details change.

We are seeking a Sign Installer & Service Technician whose primary focus is on-site sign and graphics installation, with additional responsibility supporting sign servicing, repair, and light assembly/fabrication work. This role is ideal for someone with strong field experience who is comfortable working with tools, equipment, and problem-solving in real-time at customer job sites.What You’ll Do
Install a wide range of signage including vinyl graphics, wall wraps, dimensional letters, and illuminated signs
Perform primarily off-site installations at customer locations
Operate lifts, bucket trucks, cranes, and rigging equipment safely
Perform service and repair work on existing signage, including troubleshooting and adjustments
Assist with on-site assembly, mechanical work, and light fabrication as needed
Work closely with Team Leads and Project Managers to complete projects efficiently
Ensure all work meets quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements
Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites
Document completed work with photos and notes for project closeout
Uphold OSHA safety standards, UL/NEC compliance, and company protocols
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in sign installation, construction, or related field work
Strong ability to work hands-on in field environments and at heights
Experience with vinyl application and signage materials preferred
Mechanical aptitude; welding, fabrication, or assembly skills highly preferred
Experience with sign service or repair work is a strong plus
Comfortable operating or learning lifts, bucket trucks, and rigging equipment
Ability to read basic drawings or installation layouts
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)
OSHA certification or willingness to obtain

Position Summary
ROEDA Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Sign & Print CAD / Graphic Designer to support both the Sales and Project Management teams through the development of production-ready artwork, sign layouts, and CAD-style drawing packages.
This position plays a critical role in both the pre-sale and post-sale process by assisting with:
Initial concept renderings and mock-ups used for quoting and customer approvals
Finalized proof packages developed after site surveys and project reviews
Production-ready layouts and technical drawings used for fabrication, permitting, installation, and customer sign-off
The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing creativity with technical precision and should have a strong understanding of sign design, layout development, scaling, measurements, and production workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Proof Development
Create professional sign concepts, layouts, and mock-ups for estimating, sales presentations, and customer approvals.
Develop final proof drawings and presentation packages following field surveys, site measurements, or the Project Manager's markups.
Revise artwork and layouts based on customer feedback, PM requests, engineering notes, or installation requirements.
Prepare visual renderings for architectural signage, wayfinding, monument signs, wall signs, channel letters, fleet graphics, decals, and related products.
CAD & Technical Drawing Support
Produce scaled CAD-style drawings and elevation layouts for fabrication and customer review.
Interpret site surveys, measurements, photographs, sketches, and field notes into accurate design layouts.
Assist with dimensional layouts, placement drawings, section views, and installation references.
Create sign location maps, permitting layouts, and specification drawings when required.
Maintain file accuracy related to sizing, scaling, proportions, material callouts, and production requirements.
Production Artwork Preparation
Prepare production-ready native files for digital print, routing, fabrication, and CNC workflows.
Ensure files include proper bleeds, cut paths, paneling, contour cuts, layers, and color specifications.
Coordinate with Production, Fabrication, and Installation teams to ensure drawings align with manufacturing capabilities and installation expectations.
Assist with preflight review processes and maintain organized file structures within company systems.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with Sales, Estimating, Project Management, and Production teams.
Communicate clearly regarding: project timelines, revisions, technical concerns, and customer expectations.
Support Project Managers with drawing revisions related to field conditions or change-order requests
Participate in internal project review discussions as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience within the Sign Industry, Architectural Signage, Wide-Format Print, Construction Drawings, or related manufacturing environments preferred
Strong working knowledge of:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
CAD-style layout software or technical drafting platforms
Large-format print production workflows
Understanding of sign fabrication methods, installation practices, and production limitations preferred
Experience preparing production-ready files for digital print, routing, fabrication, or CNC cutting

Production Technician – Screen Print & Signs (Hybrid Role) Position Summary
The Production Technician – Screen Print & Signs is a hands-on, cross-functional role responsible for operating screen-printing equipment while supporting sign fabrication and finishing processes. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient production flow across departments and ensuring high-quality output.
This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined, detail-oriented team member who can operate equipment, support fabrication tasks, and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This position also offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with creative teams to produce eye-catching signage that exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Screen Print Press Operation & Production
Operate screen printing press(es) to produce high-quality prints in accordance with job specifications
Set up screens, load substrates, register artwork, and adjust press settings for proper alignment and ink
coverage
Monitor print runs to ensure consistency, color accuracy, and overall quality throughout production
Perform basic troubleshooting during production (registration issues, ink flow, adhesion concerns, etc.)
Mix and manage inks to match required specifications and maintain consistency across runs
Conduct in-process quality checks and communicate any issues to leadership as needed
Sign Fabrication & Finishing Support
Assist with fabrication of signs including cutting, trimming, and assembly
Operate basic fabrication equipment (shears, saws, routers, or CNC support where applicable)
Perform finishing tasks such as laminating, mounting, weeding, taping, and packaging
Assist with drilling, hardware installation, and basic to standard level sign assembly
