We are seeking an experienced Sign Fabricator and Lead Sign Installer to join our dynamic team. These roles are key contributors to our production team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in every project.
Sign Fabricator Responsibilities:
- Fabricate a variety of custom signs, including sign cabinets, monument signs, channel letters, dimensional signs, and more, using a range of materials such as aluminum, metal, wood, acrylic, PVC, etc.
- Perform welding tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist in assembling and finishing signs to meet client specifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications for Sign Fabricator:
- 2+ years of experience in sign fabrication (or equivalent), with a focus on custom and commercial signage.
- Hardworking, conscientious, energetic, self-motivated, and attentive to detail.
- Proficiency in welding (MIG/TIG) and working with a variety of metals.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication tools, techniques, materials, and safety
- Experience with operating CNC equipment
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a workshop setting.
Lead Sign Installer Responsibilities
- Oversees the installation of all signs, manages 3-4 team installers, coordinates with
- Clients onsite, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Install and service a variety of signs, including illuminated cabinets, channel letters, wall-mounted signs, monument signs, avenue pole banners, fleet graphics, window wall graphics, and more.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform metal sign fabrication, LED component
- Installation and vinyl graphic installation on windows and walls.
Qualifications for Lead Sign Installer:
- 5+ years of sign installation (or equivalent experience in a similar field)
- Hardworking, conscientious, energetic, self-motivated, and attentive to detail.
- Excellent communicator, organized, respectful to others, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to pass a driving background check.
- Likes working with their hands and working outdoors in all seasons, if required.
- Can work at heights of 35'-55'ft. Above grade in a bucket.
- Ability to climb up and down ladders and lift 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of electricity is a plus. (LED, Neon, HO, HID lamps).
- Likes building and fabricating, works well with hand tools, and has an eye for detail.
- Prep and paint various substrates, i.e., wood, metal, plastics, and aluminum.
- Takes instruction well and works well with a team or independently.
- Ability to be outdoors for a majority of the work day.

Competitive hourly pay based on experience. $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Expected hours: 40 per week (with occasional overtime paid 1.5x per hour.)

Job Summary
The Inside Sales Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing incoming sales inquiries, building lasting relationships, and coordinating signage projects from concept to completion. This role involves selling a full range of signage solutions—including interior signs, ADA signage, monument signs, exterior branding, and custom print applications.
You will work closely with estimators, designers, production, and project managers to ensure smooth execution and exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, knowledgeable, and confident in their ability to guide clients through both simple and complex sign projects.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Respond to incoming sales inquiries and manage your own portfolio of clients with professionalism and urgency
Project Scoping: Help clients define their needs, recommend signage solutions, and guide them through material, design, and installation options
Quoting & Proposals: Coordinate with estimating to deliver accurate and timely quotes, ensuring scope, pricing, and timelines are clearly communicated
Job Handoff & Oversight: Collaborate with project management and production teams to ensure jobs are executed to spec and on schedule
Cross-Selling: Identify additional opportunities within accounts, such as vehicle graphics, wayfinding signage, or branding packages
Status Updates: Keep clients informed throughout the process with regular communication and updates
CRM Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all interactions, quotes, and job progress in our internal systems (Monday.com, QuickBooks)
Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients through reliability, service excellence, and attention to detail
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in sign sales preferred
• OR 4+ years of experience in the signage industry or related construction sales acceptable
• Working knowledge of sign types, production methods, and installation processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple active jobs at once with accuracy and poise under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM tools and project tracking software (experience with Monday.com a plus)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quoting tools

We seek candidates with two years of experience in the sign industry who are eager to build a career as a sign installer or specialist.

What You Will Do
This talented sign designer will work closely with our Sales team, our Estimating team, and the Production staff, reviewing the clients' needs and the area involved and transforming those ideas to create beautiful, illuminated sign cabinets and structures, wayfinding signage, illuminated raised letters, interior foyer graphics, window and wall graphics and the occasional printed wrap for vehicles, buses, and food trucks.
Job Requirements Include
Experience Requirements: A Bachelor's in Graphic Design is helpful but not required, or 2-3 years in a graphics/sign design environment.

Screen Print Operator - Screen Print Press
We are seeking a skilled Screen Print Operator to join our production team. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printing presses to ensure high-quality print output. The ideal candidate has experience in screen printing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Screen Printing Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor automatic and manual screen-printing presses.
- Quality Control: Inspect prints for accuracy, consistency, and quality, making adjustments as needed.
- Ink & Color Management: Mix and match inks to achieve desired colors, ensuring consistency across production runs.
- Screen Preparation & Maintenance: Coat, expose, and reclaim screens while maintaining proper screen storage and care.
- Press Setup & Troubleshooting: Adjust screens, squeegees, and substrates to ensure proper registration and high-quality output.
- Production Efficiency: Meet production deadlines by maintaining a steady workflow and minimizing downtime.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on screen printing presses and related equipment.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of screen-printing experience (automatic and/or manual press operation) or equivalent labor experience in a manufacturing setting
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with different screen meshes, inks, emulsions, and printing techniques, or equivalent. - Technical skills and traits are preferred, but the level of skill will affect starting wage
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot print defects, misalignment, and ink inconsistencies.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle repetitive tasks.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with other production staff and work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with brands such as M&R, Anatol, or ROQ screen printing presses.
- Knowledge of specialty inks, such as plastisol, water-based, and discharge inks.
- Understanding of pre-press and post-press processes, including heat curing and drying.
