We are currently seeking a full time ‘Graphic Designer /Marketing Coordinator’ to help in designing graphics and moving the company forward with marketing campaigns that are aligned with Company objectives.  This person is organized, creative,  has a strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, can work well under a fast-paced schedule, enjoys people and working as a team player.  

 The artistic, experienced, computer savvy ‘designer’ in you will help the creative team with decal designs, banner designs, exhibit and event designs, in-house digital designs, web and web store designs, email campaign designing and more.

 The experienced ‘Marketing Coordinator’ in you will help create email campaigns target to specific markets, manage the company website and webstore, manage and design trade journal advertising, and print mail campaigns. You will help in the promotion and success of the company through smart and effective marketing techniques.

Job Requirements Include:

A Graphic Arts or Marketing Degree (bachelors preferred) or 3+ years experience of either or both.

Experience with copywriting and content creation.

An eagerness to learn and expand your knowledge and skills.

Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software.

Great attention to detail.

Experience with typography and Illustration and adhering to brand standards.

Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite.

Production Specialist VIEW DETAILS

Graphic Production Specialist

Roeda, Inc. is a visual graphics producer, in one large location in the south suburbs of Chicago, with multiple divisions. The position available is for a talented graphic specialist with preferred experience running wide format printers, or, a wide format print specialist with preferred experience in understanding graphic design.


Roeda, Inc. has been producing visual and vehicle graphics for over 65 years. A third generation with over 32 employees. We have a great staff of artists, production specialists, fabricators and installers....and our team is growing. The right candidate likes design, computers, wide format printers, producing 'wow' graphics, enjoys people and teamwork, and enjoys a faster pace in a work environment.


Duties include:

  • Preflight incoming artwork, making design corrections when needed, creating new artwork, getting art approvals
    • Application of vinyl graphics on vehicles and signs
      • Downloading files and ripping files to various roll-to-roll printers and flat bed printers.
        • Load materials onto printers (may require some heavy lifting)
        • Operate multiple roll-to-roll printers (from 60" to 126"), operate a (4'ft x 8'ft) flatbed printer, operate laminators and pole pocket welding equipment.
        • Maintain all print equipment and computers to ensure they run properly.
        • Trouble-shoot basic equipment issues.
        • Track all consumables needed, request P.O.s, and manage efficient work flow with other team members.
        • Finishing production on all printed graphics, laminating graphics, applying to various substrates, finishing banners & displays, applying vinyl cut graphics.


Job requirements include:

  • At least 1 year experienced working on wide format printers or 2 years as a Graphic Artist for a print or sign shop.
  • Experience with vinyl plotters
  • Application of vehicle graphics and wraps
  • Must be creative and experienced in Adobe suite.
  • Must be attentive to detail, has a desire to learn, reliable and a multitasker.


Experience is always preferred but it is more important that you have a strong work ethic, you are self motivated and you desire to keep learning. We will train on all print operations. Sign Fabricator / Sign Installer VIEW DETAILS

Roeda Inc. has been producing signs and graphics for over 65 years in the south suburbs of Chicago. We consult, design, manufacture, install and service all types of signage. The ideal candidate should have two years experience in the sign industry and wants to make a career as a sign installer or sign specialist.

What you will do:
The ideal candidate will work in our sign department, installing signs of all kinds, illuminated letters and cabinets, on building faces, on poles and interior walls. You will install new signs and service existing signs. When not installing you may fabricate metal signs and letters, install LED components, paint posts, work with cc routers, and mount vinyl graphics to signs.

What this job requires:

  • • 2+ years of sign installation.
  • • Hard working, conscientious, energetic, self motivated and attentive to detail.
  • • Valid Drivers license with the ability to pass a driving background check.
  • • Likes working with hands and working outdoors in all seasons, if required.
  • • Can work at heights of 35'-55'ft. above grade in a bucket.
  • • Ability to climb up and down ladders and lift 50 lbs.
  • • Knowledge of electricity a plus. (LED, Neon, HO, HID lamps).
  • • Likes building and fabricating, works well with hand tools and has an eye for detail. • Prep and paint various substrates; i.e. wood, metal, plastics, aluminum.
  • • Takes instruction well and works well with a team or independently.
  • • Ability to be outdoors for a majority of the work day.

Print Production / Finisher VIEW DETAILS

Print Production / Finisher

Roeda Inc. has a immediate full time position available for print production & finishing in our Decal & Wide Format Print Division. We print decals, signs, banners and vehicle graphics for local and national industries. Come join our team of graphic specialists and contribute to the process of getting our customers 'recognized' with eye catching decals and graphics. Experience is always a plus, but we will train in all aspects of print production for silk screening, digital printing, laminating, decal die-cutting, back slitting, corner rounding, and applying graphics. There is also general warehouse duties needed: unload deliveries, organize inventories and maintain a clean workplace.
